Four new curricula on air quality, water resources, Power Plant 1, and water quality are completed, and the department also provides about 30 additional titles for teachers. Programs for K-12 teachers are primarily available to LAUSD and private/parochial schools within the city of Los Angeles. Tours of Power Plant 1 are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tours are available to schools for grades 5 and up. Schools must provide transportation. For reservations call (213) 367-1328.
