The UCLA Science Project offers intensive summer and intersession institutes to accommodate teachers on all calendars. Academic-year follow-up programs help support teachers as they develop effective science instruction for their students and work with colleagues to strengthen their school's science instructional program. The UCLA Science project welcomes all teachers of science into its programs and provides professional development opportunities to help them become leaders in school, district, state, and national science education reform efforts.
